Hello Everyone,
I've been reading these boards pretty thoroughly for about a month or so, and I thought it high time to contribute something of my own. I noticed this article had been posted at Christianforums and I thought the EvC people would also get a kick out of it.
I didn't find the article to be terribly interesting--until I noticed this quote:
"Christians are a lot more bold under Bush's leadership, he speaks what a lot of us believe," said Mummert.
"We've been
attacked by the intelligent, educated segment of the culture," he said.
Now that's pretty funny. I, for one, am glad to have grown up in a fairly blue state (NJ) where this wasn't an issue. Just what would a class plan for teaching ID or Six-Day Creationism entail? How would it be different from Sunday school? It's when I pose questions like this that canadian citizenship looks awfully enticing.
