I would like to open the voting by nominating 'Wise' as having the most ironic member name. If there is one person on the planet that doesn't deserve that name then it is good old Wise there. BTW I still think he is an evolutionist/atheist who is extracting the urine!

BTW I still think he is an evolutionist/atheist who is extracting the urine! Look.....I am decidedly CREATIONIST. Atheism is ILLOGICAL. and SHOULD be expelled. I have RIGHTFULLY chosen the name "Wise" to exemplify the rationality of creationism. Wise

Hey, the literal interpretation of poorly translated 4000 year old words of a nomadic desert shepherd tribe which talks about talking snakes, fire breathing crocodiles, and making speckled sheep by putting speckled sticks in front of them while their parents mate, sounds Wise enough to me! I vote myself as having the most ironic nickname. ------------------ "Illuminant light, illuminate me." [This message has been edited by Rei, 09-28-2003]

I submit myself, who is neither a frog (in any sense of the word) nor has been involved in a crash of any kind.

John, as a girlfriend loved to point out to me, was the disciple whom Jesus loved. Now that is irony.

I see you can be pretty venomous, Brian. Better be a friend with you... Personaly I do not know about Wise, because I do not read what he writes. ------------------ Life has no meaning but itself. [This message has been edited by Raha, 09-29-2003]

Ahh, but only if you consider the word seperately from its many other possible derivations such as unwise, wiseacre, wiseass... In the case of our poster, he is merely proving the validity of the original concept by proving the opposite exists. Quite a clever ploy on his part, even if unintentional. Think of a rock with rabies... However, my vote for the most ironic nickname is: Wordswordsman. Undoubtedly in this poster's limited imagination the breakdown was supposed to be "word swordsman". However, it can also be read as "words, words [and more words] man", a very apropos nickname as anyone who has read his posts can attest...

I would delegate myself but there's nothing ironic about the name Jim in the slightest, lowest common denominator. But I understand that some people on EvC would do branches of the name and searches so I'll just say that Jim might be offensive to African Americans in the early 19th-century called "Jim Crow" or "Jim-Crowism". The plantation song of that name, of course. But who cares? No one. Precisely. Re-call 2004 for Wise?

Wise, I must admit I am somewhat unclear about your position myself. You make large statements about creationism yet sprinkle your posts with . Are you serious?
