Can someone find me that verse in the Bible in where it referes to Bats as Birds? I know it's in there, because I've seen it before, but I can't remeber it.

Under the heading of "teach a man to fish", go to Google or any other decent search engine and type in something like "bible bats birds". It's really pretty easy ...

Leviticus 11.

It lists lots of animals that one is not supposed to eat, and one of its lists is of birds -- a list that includes bats.

Likewise, we find that grasshoppers have four legs.

I think that the authors of Leviticus were being somewhat imprecise, but that is rather odd of a book that goes into excruciating detail about various sorts of sacrifices and ritual offerings, a book that tells us about how Nadab and Abihu were zapped for burning incorrect incense.
