I just had a crazy thought....
What if God was a member of EVC? Posing questions, taking part in discussions... even getting reprimanded by the Admins for going off topic!
Who do you think it would be?
I vote Brad McFall...He works in mysterious ways

I thought the original administrator was GOD, because only He can explain the overwhelming complexity of EvC. EvC had to come from somewhere, therefore there had to be an ID behind it all - all hail the great ADMIN !!!!

Collective
It's a pantheon. There is a whole council of gods, with a god of gods sat on its top. Some of them deliberately stir up trouble, others try and pacify trouble. Together, their interactions bring about this glorious soup of wonder.
Brad was cursed by the Furies a long time ago, but if you want to see a true spark of divinity look to the Queen of the Universe. She's very jealous (since her husband keeps mingling with normal posters), you can't miss her.

Disguised as an atheist

I think it is definitely sidelined! What better way for God to lurk among us than from a Canadian who professes atheism?
BTW, I also think that Jar is Moses!

if the bible is any evidence of just how incomprehensible god is, then yes it would have to be brad, wouldn't it?

Cruel or benevolent, Omniscient or blinkered
I guess you need to first ascertain whether it is a benvolent god or a cruel god... that should make it easier to spot

All of us
At first I thought to myself devil's advocate, then I just thought devil, then I thought that God would just like to stir the pot as much as He can and then it would be someone controversial.
But then I thought, hey, If the Christian God exists, then the Holy Spirit dwells in all of us, so we are all God in a sense.

How Panthiestic for a Christian. But then it makes sense, God lurks among us at EVC because all of us are a part of God. Therefore the God in EVC is all of us.

riverRat and faith alone?
But then I thought, hey, If the Christian God exists, then the Holy Spirit dwells in all of us, so we are all God in a sense.
The Holy Spirit is seen (by faith alone adherants) in NT terms as being given to those who haved been saved by faith. There is no biblical warrant for universal receipt thereof.
There is a thread running at the mo which assumes you hold to the salvation by faith alone position. I *-ed you as such a one but now I'm not so sure. Should I remove you from that category?
(before Lfen gets on my case...)
