two points:
where in the theory of evolution does it say that God does not exist or is not responsible for our current biosystem?
is it then possible that God is behind evolution, even thouhg science will never know it (unless they prove or disprove God's existence, which is practically impossible)
second, what could be more intelligent than a system capable of repairing itself. Evolution by natural selection is capable of this kind of repair. An example is the death of a mutated organism, where the mutation is harmful, particularly if the death occurred before he reproduced. Another example is how life manages to recolonize the earth after every major extinction. The perfect recent example to place 65 million years ago.

Hello kuresu,
Your second point is currently under discussion in an open thread; Is it intelligent to design evolvable species?, the thread is related enough that you can easily raise your arguments there. So that point'll have to go I'm afraid.
The first point is concerning something known as Theistic Evolution - a subject that has been a hot topic of sorts lately (especially the Christian God version). The last big thread that touched on it was What evidence absolutely rules out a Creator. That isn't to say it isn't a promatable topic now, but there needs to be some depth to this OP before its going to work. At the very least try to counter some of the objections you are likely to face, so that the debate has something to roll off.
One objection I think is likely to come (as it has a lot recently) is that evolution is cruel and that must make God cruel, which isn't the character of God so either one or the other must be true, not both. I'm not trying to debate with you now about it, I'm just trying to make your opening post contain something other than a speculative question so that possible debators have something to get their teeth into (so to speak).
