Paul, a servant of Elohim, called, and commissioned to be an apostle, chosen to reveal the gospel of Elohim, that from ancient times, he delivered by the hand's of the prophets, the Holy writings regarding his son, who was born according to the flesh, of the seed, of the house of David, and who, came to be known as the son of Elohim, with power Elohim, raised him from among, the dead, Yeshua, the Messiah, our Lord, through him, and for his names sake, we have received grace, and a mission to call people, from among all the Gentiles, to the obedience, that comes from believing, and also you, are of them called through Yeshua, all who are in Rome, that are beloved by Elohim, the called, and the sanctified, peace, and grace, be with you from Elohim, our Father, through our Lord, Yeshua, the Messiah, in the first place I acknowledge Elohim, through Yeshua the Messiah to all of you, as your believing, is being reported all over the world, for Elohim is my witness, whom I serve, with my whole mind through his revelation about his son, how constantly I remember you, in my prayers at all times, and I likewise supplicate, that hereafter a door may be opened to me, by the good pleasure of Elohim, to come to you, for I long much to see you, and to impart to you, some knowledge about the power, whereby you may be established by it, that is that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each others believing, now I do not want you to be unaware brothers, that I planned many times to come to you, but I have been prevented thus far, that I might have a harvest among you, just as I have had among the other Gentiles, Greeks, and Barbarians, the wise, and the unwise, for to every man am I a debtor to preach, that is why I am so eager to preach the gospel also to you, who are at Rome, I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of Elohim, for the salvation of everyone who believes, first for the Israelite, then for the Gentile, for in the gospel, a righteousness from Elohim is revealed, a righteousness that is by believing, from first to last, just as it is written, the righteous by believing will live, for the wrath of Elohim is revealed from heaven, against all the unrighteousness, and wickedness of the sons of men, who unjustly suppress the truth, because that which may be known of Elohim is manifested to them, for Elohim has reveled it to them for from the foundations of the world, the invisible things of Elohim have been clearly seen, and understood by the intellect, the things he created, even his eternal power, so that they are without excuse, because they did not know Elohim, but they did not regard him as Elohim, or acknowledge him, except they became enveloped in their own pretensions, and their mind grew darker, so as it would not understand, and as they thought to themselves, that they were wise, they became shallow, and exchanged the glory of the immortal Elohim, for images made to look like mortal man, and birds, and animals, and reptiles on the earth, for this cause Elohim abandoned them, to the defiling lusts of their mind, to enthrall their bodies in idolatry, and they changed the truth of Elohim into a lie, and worshipped, and served the created things, much more than the Creator of them, to whom belong glory, and blessing forever, and ever, believe, because of this Elohim gave them over to shameful lusts, for even their women have changed the natural use of their sex, into that which is unnatural, in the same way also the men abandoned natural relations with women, and were inflamed with lust toward one another men, committed indecent acts, with other men, and received in themselves, the due penalty, for their perversion, furthermore since they did not think it worthwhile, to retain the knowledge of Elohim, he gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do what ought not to be done, they have become filled, with all unrighteousness, fornication, iniquity, covetousness, malice, full of envy, murder, quarrels, deceit, evil thoughts, whisperers, slanderers, haters of Elohim, insolent, proud, braggarts, inventors of evil things, weak minded, disobedient to their parents, these have no respect, for a covenant, they know neither love, nor peace, nor is there mercy in them, knowing the judgment of Elohim, that those who commit such things, he condemns to death, they not only do them, but also approve of those who practice them, and we know what is the judgment of Elohim, in truth against them who in these things converse, but you therefore have no excuse, you who judges them who in these converse, while also you converse in them, do you think you will escape Elohim's judgment, or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, tolerance, and upon the space he gave you, not realizing that Elohim's kindness, leads you toward repentance, but because of your stubbornness, and your unrepentant mind, you set yourself up to inherit the wrath, of the day, of wrath, and the revealment of Elohim's righteous judgment, Elohim will give to each person, according to what he has done, to those who by persistence in doing good, seek glory, honor, and immortality, he will give eternal life, but to them who are rebellious, and obey not the truth, but unrighteousness obey, he will render wrath, and indignation, and affliction, and distress upon every man who works evils, first for the Israelite, then for the Gentile, for there is no acceptance of faces with Elohim, all who sin apart from the law, also will perish apart from the law, and all who sin, under the law, will be judged according to the law, for it is not those who hear the law, who are righteous in Elohim's sight, but it is those who obey the law, who will be declared righteous, for if the Gentiles, who have not the law, from their nature shall perform the law, these while not having the law, unto themselves become a law, since they show that the requirement, of the law are written on their minds, also their consciences bearing witness, when their thoughts either rebuke, or defend one another, this will take place on the day, when Elohim will judge men's secrets, as his gospel declares, now you, if you call yourself a Israelite, if you rely on the law, and brag about your relationship to Elohim, if you know his will, and approve of what is superior, being instructed out of the law, if you are convinced, that you are a guide for the blind, a light for those who are in the dark, and an instructor of those lacking knowledge, and a preceptor to the young, you are the pattern of knowledge, and of truth, as embodied in the law, now therefore you teach others, but fail to teach yourself, you preach that men should not steal, yet you steal, you say men must not commit adultery, yet you commit adultery, you despise idols, yet you rob the sanctuary, and you glory in the law, do you by acting contrary to the law, insult Elohim himself, for the name of Elohim, as it is written is reviled among the Gentiles, on your account, for indeed circumcision profits, if you practice the law, but if you depart from the law, your circumcision becomes uncircumcision, and if uncircumcision should keep the precepts of the law, would not that uncircumcision be accounted as circumcision, and the uncircumcision which from its nature, fulfills the law, will condemn you, who even though you have the written code, and circumcision are a lawbreaker, a man is not a Israelite, if he is only one outwardly, nor is circumcision merely out ward, and physical, no, a man is a Israelite, if he is one inwardly, and circumcision, is circumcision of the mind, by believing, not by the written code, such a man's praise is not from men, but from Elohim, what advantage then, is there in being a Israelite, or what value, is there in circumcision, much in every way, first because the Israelites were the first to believe, in the words of Elohim, for what if some had not believed, could their unbelief nullify Elohim's faithfulness, perish, the thought, Elohim is veracious, and every man false, as it is written, that you might be upright in your declarations, and be found pure, when they judge you, now if our iniquity, serves to establish the righteousness of Elohim, what then shall we say, is Elohim unjust when he inflicts his anger, I speak as a man, certainly not, if that were so, how could Elohim judge the world, for if Elohim's truth is magnified, through my lies toward his glory, why am I then condemned, as a sinner, why not say, as we are being slanderously reported as saying, and as some claim, that we say, that we sin just so as to be forgiven, that good may come, their condemnation is reserved for eternal justice, what shall we conclude then, are we any better, not at all, we have already made the charge, that Israelites, and Gentiles alike, are all under sin, as it is written, there is no one righteous, not even one, neither will they learn, nor love Elohim, they all jeered alike, and mocked, and none performed good deeds, not even one, their throats are open graves, and their tongues are treacherous, and the venom of vipers, is under their tongues, their mouth is full of cursing, and bitterness, and their feet are swift to shed blood, misery and ruin are in their path, and road to peace they know not, and the fear of Elohim, is not before their eyes, now we know, that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced, and the whole world held accountable, to Elohim, therefore no one will be declared righteous in his sight, by observing the law, rather through the law, we become conscious of sin, but now a righteousness of Elohim, has been revealed, apart from the law, being witnessed by the law, and the prophets, even the righteousness of Elohim, through believing, through Yeshua, the Messiah, toward all, and upon all those believing, for there is no difference, for all sinned, and fall short of the glory of Elohim, and are justified freely by his grace, through the redemption, that came through Yeshua, the Messiah, Elohim presented him as a sacrifice of atonement, through believing, through his blood, he did this to demonstrate his justice, because in his forbearance, he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished, he did it to demonstrate his justice, at the present time, so as to be just, and the one who justifies those who have believed, through Yeshua, where then is boasting, it is abolished, by what law, of works, no, but on that of believing, for we maintain, that a man is justified by believing, apart from observing the law, is Elohim the Eloah of Israelites only, is he not the Eloah of Gentiles too, yes since there is only one Elohim, who will justify the circumcised through believing, and the uncircumcised through that same believing, do we then nullify the law by this believing, perish, the though, on the contrary, we uphold the law, what then shall we say, that Abraham our forefather discovered in this matter, if in fact Abraham was justified by works, he had reason to be proud, but not before Elohim, what does the scripture say, Abraham believed Elohim, and it was counted to him as righteousness, now when a man works, his wage are not as a favor, but as an obligation, David says the same thing when he speaks, of the blessedness of the man, to whom Elohim counts righteousness, apart from works, saying blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered, blessed is the man, whose sins Elohim will not hold against him, is this blessedness only for the circumcised, or also for the uncircumcised, we have been saying, that Abraham's believing was counted to him as righteousness, under what circumstances was it counted, was it after, he was circumcised, or before, it was not after, but before, and he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness that he had by believing, while he was still uncircumcised, so then he is the father of all who believe, but have not been circumcised, in order that righteousness might be counted to them, and also he is the father of the circumcised, who not only are circumcised, but also who walk in the footsteps of the believing, that our father Abraham had before he was circumcised, it was not through the law, that Abraham and his offspring received the promise, that he would be heir of the world, but through the righteousness, that come by believing, for if those who live by the law, are heirs, believing has no value, and the promise is worthless, because the law brings wrath, and where there is no law, there is no transgression, therefore the promise comes by believing, so that it may be by grace, and may be guaranteed to all Abraham's offspring, not only to those who are of the law, but also to those who are of the believing of Abraham,
