Eden = Aden
Aden | Religion Wiki | Fandom
At-a-glance/Table of Nations | Religion Wiki | Fandom
Noah - Yemen
Ham - Nile
Shem - Euphrates
Japhet - Tigris
A local legend in Yemen states that Aden may be as old as human history itself. Some also believe that Cain and Abel are buried somewhere in the city
Land of Nod = India

Why BELIEVE that it will rain today when you can KNOW that it might rain today. Belief is unnecessary and illogical.
A moral person is a person that understands that the universe does not revolve around their ego.
A civilized society is a society whose laws do not revolve around any one person or group of people.
The more a society treats everyone as equals the more civilized it is.

No flood
That "table of nations" link leads to a chart which relies on the flood as a starting point.
The evidence shows there was no such flood during human history. That kind of renders the chart useless, don't you think?

Re: No flood
The table of Nations relies only on genesis 10. I have no idea what you are talking about.
If you want to talk about the flood then read this:

Re: No flood
If you want to talk about the flood then read this:
I don't need to read that.
My own personal archaeological research disproves a global flood during historic times. This is based on continuity of Native American cultures, mtDNA, and sedimentation, along with the lack of erosional or depositional features that would be associated with such a flood. This evidence cross-cuts the date commonly attributed to the global flood.
But we do have evidence of local floods in the state of Washington that are three times older than the purported global flood. Google "channeled scablands." These left evidence that can be clearly read and both the extent and timing of those floods can be determined.
Similar evidence exists all over the world.
The obvious conclusion is that there was no global flood during historic times.

Your simplistic "LOL" response suggests that you're here to do neither.

What is your evidence?
Why BELIEVE that it will rain today when you can KNOW that it might rain today. ...
This is a virtual tautology. It might rain anywhere anywhen. This tells us nothing.
The sky might turn green.
So tell me how old you think the earth is?
Was there a flood? If yes, when?
And most important ... what is your evidence?
Enjoy
