The last people to have died because of this cause of death died in December of 1951. Before this point, literally millions and millions of people in the United States died of this cause. But starting in 1952 to now, not a single person have died because of this cause.
Name this cause of death.

Um... no, no, and no.
Added by edit.
For those of you who are turning to google for this one, I wish you the best of luck. I just did a search for it, and even knowing the answer ahead of time I still couldn't find any link for it. HA!

Old age...
Probably because of how deaths were recorded.

Natural causes. They did away with that classification.

Congrats!
In 1951, the department of health statistics decided that you couldn't put "old age" down as a cause of death anymore. So, starting in 1952, you have to have a reason other than "old age" on your death certificate.

Found for Google search >1951 Cause of death "old age" News of the Wierd<, or from link withing one of the Google finds.
I threw in the "News of the Wierd" because I thought I once read about it in that (and yes, I misspelled "weird" when I did the search). I'm not sure why, but I don't get good results without the ""News of the Wierd". Where I saw it was actually probably "Discover".

“There is something which unites magic and applied science while separating both from the 'wisdom' of earlier ages. For the wise men of old the cardinal problem had been how to conform the soul to objective reality, and the solution had been knowledge, self-discipline, and virtue. For magic and applied science alike the problem is how to subdue reality to the wishes of men: the solution is a technique; and both, in the practice of this technique, are ready to do things hitherto regarded as disgusting and impious" -C.S. Lewis
