This is in the "Suggestions and Questions" forum, so that all members can respond. The "Suggestions to Proposed New Topics" forum is reply by admin and moderators only.
I ask all non admin/moderator members to NOT start like topics, concerning other proposed topics. If you would like to be part of the review team, in the "StPNT" forum, please e-mail me at mnmoose@lakenet.com. Select members can be granted posting access to the "StPNT" forum.
The purpose of this topic is to discuss my below proposal. It is not to discuss the merits of the proposed topic, or to discuss/debate the contents of the proposed topic.
The proposed
Three models for the origin of the universe topic is way too diverse to make a proper debate topic. It is way too diverse to even edit down to a proper topic (although the topic originator is welcome to submit other more focused topics). I thought of putting it into the "Big Bang and Cosmology" forum, for the record, but closing it to replies.
I thought an interesting alternative
(experiment?) might be to put it into the "Great Debate" forum,
with the guidelines being that any member can post one and only one message in the topic. That one message could be a response to message 1, or to other messages. The topic originator would be allowed unlimited messages (subject to standard moderator guidelines).
