Whenever I try to access the home page (), I reach something called "Kat's Writing Page." Is this happening to anyone else? (I apologize if this is in the wrong forum)

Isn't Kat Percy's niece or something? Doesn't he host her webpage on the same server as EvC? So it's probably just a DNS problem or something. BTW am I the only person who'd be interested in knowing what kind of hardware all this runs on? Does Percy co-locate or is this machine running in his closet?

From comments about problems I believe it is hosted by some organization. It would be interested to know about the hardware base, hits transfer volumes etc. Just because I am, after all, NOSY.

Master Hacked Nabbed!
Actually, the culprit turned herself in. Like many crimes, it was an inside job.
[text=black] "Hello?" "Hi, Dad, it's Kat!" "Oh, Hi, Kat, how are you?" "Uh, I'm fine. Where are you?" "I'm still a couple hours away." "Uh, well, I accidentally wiped out your website." "Oh." "Actually, it was just the home page. I finally got that FTP program working, but I connected to the wrong directory, and, well, I downloaded my homepage over yours, and, well, I don't have a copy of your homepage." "Oh." "Am I in trouble" "Oh yeah!" "It wasn't on purpose!"[/text] So, what do you think, folks? How much trouble is she in? Here's a picture of the webmaster wannabe (she's the one on the left): Too cute to be spanked? You decide! --Percy

Too cute to be spanked? I think that, as a father, you're going to regret asking for most of our opinions on spanking.

That's your daughter, huh? Yeah... I'm gonna shut up. Right now. Just, suffice to say, your daughter's very pretty. And I want you to know, that for your sake, I didn't even touch the greatest straight line I've seen on this forum.

It could just be the conspiracy theorist in me, but I can't look at that picture and NOT think the dog had something to do with all of this.... Where's woodward and bernstein?

Yeah, that's what the dog wants you to believe.

well actually...
Tuckerman isn't my dog... but if he was he would've had something to do with it... He's got to be one of the most popularly photographed dog in horse magazines, I think... He's so cute and he runs around and Birttany was holding his leash but he kept running in little circles...

I can't help thinking how much trouble you have ahead of you, Percy. And displaying her to this collection of perverts and misfits is not going to make things any easier. [This message has been edited by wj, 03-04-2004]
