But in this case, when England lost to Portugal because of a (now verified) perfectly legal goal, that the referee is indeed a "WANKER!".That's better. Carry on.......No, no. Hi Mike,Beckham is shite at penalties, always has been, always will be. It's strange, I confess, that a player so gifted at other dead plays like corners & free kicks is so crap at penalties. But this isn't a post game argument, it's a position I've held for a while.Mark

Hey, don't feel too bad, at least you can laugh at Germany falling out after the first round to the B team of the Czech Republic...at least I thought it was pretty funny. I can't tell how the Germans feel since they mostly frown all the time anyway England lost to Portugal because Beckham's new neck tattoo looks like crap and he is probably insecure about it ...I am sure Victoria will comfort him by singing some of her groups old classics.
