We have adopted a pit bull (from my brother in law) and a mutt hound (from the pound) and we just love em. We tried taking in a cockapoo, but she insisted on baiting the pit bull. Had to give that one away to my sister. We love what we've got now. They add so much to our lives.

Re: What, no cats?
I have nothing against cats, except that my wife is allergic to them. Actually I do have a bone to pick with cats, and that is that they all seem to be more self centered than I am.
PS: Moose, with your permission I will consider your cordial non-welcome as my first welcome to the forum. So glad I found this place.
