Ron Wyatt Archaeology, Ltd.
Wyatt also found the ark of the covenant, didn't he?
Still no sign of Karen Allen, though.

Re: Wyatt Archaeology, Ltd.
Isn't that a bummer? You'd think you could trust Hollywood if you could trust anybody.
I know a woman who sacrificed for years to The Incredible Hulk. Green apples, green tea, anabolic steroids, green peas...
Then she found out he was CGI.
She doesn't have much of a sense of purpose anymore.
But lately she's showing some interest in daytime TV...

Not only does this prove the Exodus, it shows that the Pharoh's army were much more advanced than previously thought. Another scientific fact gone to the the shitter, surprise, surprise.

Re: Truth wins out.
Why cain't it be "just coincidental"?
Because everything about believing in God is coincidental, just like it is a big coincidense that earth is here. Or more accurately a strange coincidence.

Someone remind me - which was the story where ron went into a cave And some angels appeared and told him the time was not right but ron would be able to reveal all to the world before he died? Was it the mercy seat ?

Blood on the Mercy Seat.
It's all there: Noah's ark, Sodom & Gommorah, the Red Sea crossing, Mt. Sinai, the Ark of the Covenant....

'Suph' is borrowed from Egyptian
as far as -, the sea of reeds, it'd be a very weird name for the red sea, as (papyrus) only grows in fresh water, and the red sea is salt water.
Another point that I find extremely interesting is that, etymologically speaking, 'suph' is a loan word from the Egytpian 'twf(y)' , which means 'papyrus/reeds'!!!! (Ward W The Semitic Biconsontal Root SP and the Common Origin of Egyptian I CWF and Hebrew SUP 'Marsh (plant)' Vetus Testamentum 24 339-49.)
Even better is the evidence from Papyrus Anastasi III, 2, 11-12 which informs us that:
The papyrus-marshes come to it with papyrus reeds and the Waters of Horus with rushes. (Gardiner A H S, The geography of the Exodus Champion Paris, 1922, page 74)
The area that this text refers to is none other than a location close to the City of Rameses, the EXACT place where the Bible claims the Exodus began!
I mean this evidence alone is ten times the quality of this tempest crap.
Why are none of these guys focussing on real evidence like I have just quoted?
Truth is, there is far more convincing circumstantial evidence available that the nonsense served up by these guys.
Someone truly interested in the subject, and pro-Bible, could really produce a good quality thesis for the Exodus being a real historical event. True they would have to alter the text a little, but what the guys in question are doing is bemusing the real scholars with their amateurism.
These silly Velikovskian type books are actually damaging the biblical account because they are so ridiculous that when a decent quality thesis comes along it may not get the attention it deserves.
Brian.

Re: -
Wherever the crossing was, according to the Bible the site needed to be an area large enough for a great multitude yet also needed to be mountainous enough to entrap them, so the Neweiba beach fits that whereas an actual reed marsh would not.
But you do not need a large area for a great multitude, because there was not a great multitude involved.
The biblical numbers are artificial, remember we said the ancients exaggerated? Well, the information from the Bible itself tells us that these numbers cannot be taken at face value.
The 2-3 million is an impossible number.
This is just another example of Wyatt's amatuerism, he knew shit all about archaeology, and even less about the Bible.
Brian.

Tales of Wyatt
Beats me, Chas. Ron seemed to inflate and conflate his stories till a reader is left panting. I`m still trying to figure out what the hell happened to Mrs. Noah`s jewellery.

Nuweiba is a big, bustling skin-diving resort. If any spare chariot wheels were still sitting on the bottom, Aussie divers would have retrieved them and flogged them to the Yanks for big bikkies.
