Well, I wasted 6 minutes of my life and killed a few dozen brain cells watching the youtube link. The woman never said that there's no legal obligation to pay taxes or that the IRS has been evading anything.

As far as nobody being able to find a law that forces anyone to pay taxes, well, it took me about 5 minutes, and I've never studied tax law. It's really tough to find. It's the first section of the Internal Revenue Code.
