I however see Pat, Jerry, Oral, holding fast. They all have remained faithful to their wives. All are running the race to win the prize. All three have universities and are passing the torch to a younger generation.
They're passing nothing. They're bilking their followers to line their own pockets. Did you know that Pat Robertson used airplanes purchased from donations from his viewers - donations solicited in order to use these airplanes to provide emergency medical supplies and treatments to Rwandans - to ferry equipment to and from his diamond mines across Africa? The airplanes never flew their mission of mercy.
Virginia's justice department recommended that charges of fraud be brought against him, but those charges never
were brought against Robertson, because he had donated thousands of dollars to the re-election fund of that state's chief prosecutor.
Robertson is a fraud and a cheat, and he uses his money to pervert the application of justice. Does that sound like a man "of Christ" to you? Of
course Robertson is a man of the world. He represents the worst kind of iniquity and dishonesty that Christ preached against.
