How many Christians have flown airplanes into tall buildings, or blown themselves up in busy commuter trains? How many Jews?
Sorry if this is now off the point, but I find this comment a bit odd. The killing of civilians has been going on for thousands of years, and is carried out as enthusiastically today as it ever was. Some of that killing is done by extremist Christian nuts. Some is done by extremist Hindu nuts. Some is done by extremist Islamic nuts.
Quite a lot is done by soldiers, including Jewish and Christian soldiers, and some who are agnostic. I don't see their contribution to the overall deathtoll of men, women and children as less worrisome than the destruction of the world trade centre, the spanish bombs or the london bombs.
