I was going to suggest star wars bounty hunter action figure until i saw...

She asked me to make a list, but I'm stumped for something that is not simply something I could buy for myself.
A night of wild wild sex. It's something that you can't just go out and buy

That's the thing, I was hoping only to rely on what people know of me from the content of my pro evo posts etc.
Tell her you want 10 tarantulas representing 10 different species of tarantulas to demonstrate how evolution has diversified the tarantula family. May I suggest that one of the 10 she'll get for you will be a theraphosa blondi to demonstrate just how big these critters can get?

Lol! How did you know?
I used to be an arachnid/insect hobbyist. Had to get rid of almost 100 tarantulas, scorpions, roaches, pedes, etc. when I got married. After that point, I was limited to things with 4 legs or less.
I tried to get her to let me get a King Baboon tatantula but she was having none of it.
Well, might I suggest a haplopelma lividum instead? It costs a lot less than a C. crawshayi but the agression level is essentially the same. Plus, the crawshayi is more likely to bite than the lividum (my experience at least). Also, the lividum is prettier to look at and more impressive looking to those outside the hobby.

Yeah, I seem to remember reading the king babs mostly skulk around in there secret underground lairs and are too much hassle with too little pay off.
Yeah, it's what hobbyists refer to as our "pet dirt". Back in the days, the only way I know that some of my spiders were alive by the fact that the crickets disappeared after I put them in. Some of these burrowers seem like they permanently stay underground. In fact, if you put one in a large enough tank and enough dirt, it will dig a whole network of tunnels.
Tell her to get you emperor scorpions. They are big, black, impressive looking, and 100% harmless. Your gf could even come to like to carry these creatures around. The downside to having them is you have to keep the temperature in the upper 70s. Otherwise, they'll die on you.

Re: Happy Birthday, Larni
Whenever my wife and I go to the mall, we always tell each other "see you later" and then proceed on our seperate ways. She'd go look at clothes and stuff. I just go to borders. In borders, I'd pick out the marvel heroes encyclopedia (very thick book), choose a comfortable couch, and read through the characters. Been doing this for the last couple years.
Added by edit.
According to the encyclopdedia, Charles Xavier is generally agreed as the most powerful mutant on Earth. If we are talking about the movie Xavier, I'd agree with this statement. However, if we are talking about the comic book Xavier, I'd have to disagree.
In the movie, Xavier is so powerful he is actually capable of (but not willing to) kill every on the face of the planet at the same time. But in the comic book, he is limited to reading people's minds, sending psychic stunts (sort of like electric shock), and wipe out someone's entire consciousness (he did this with magneto after magneto ripped Logan's metal skeleton out of his body... sad end for Wolverine). However, everytime Xavier does this he is weakened greatly.
I personally think the most powerful mutant on Earth according to the comic book is actually Apocalypse. He's also the oldest living mutant on Earth.

But in the film he was being boasted by Cerebro.
There is also a cerebro in the comic book. Again, even with cerebro he's not that powerful in the comic book.
I'd go for Apocalypse, too. Although White Pheonix of the Crown could bust his arse I don't believe we could classify her as just a mutant anymore.
Haha. Aliens and supernatural don't count.
