Mr. Hambre says, in THIS VERY THREAD:
"you'll find what many others (including myself) have found : homosexuality"

Can I Get an Amen?
This from intelligent design creationist Darwinsterrier, in his latest world-beating post in the "Evolution And Hot Monkey Love" thread:
"god reaches into each genome and tweaks it"
"cancer is directly caused by god"
"we cannot know god’s intentions"
"we ‘believe in’ evolution because god has darkened our minds for some reason. Not because of the evidence."
We've heard enough, DT, maybe more than enough.

I think that Mr.Hambre and DarwinsTerrier are neck and neck on this one, although I think Mr.H just pulled into the lead with that last one I liked DocPotato's last one, though. Of course, that's coming from a person who stated "if there is a god and you're an atheist, you're going to hell because you're not a christian" (Biblical Creation, Pg. 33)

Re: Can I Get an Amen?
SeorHunger writes:
"the philosophy behind science is more important than the results obtained through the methodology"
"the presuppositions of science and logic are no more valid than those of religion"
"believers such as Newton and Pasteur did not subscribe to MN [methodological naturalism]"
"it has been useful to science to introduce unverifiable factors into its methodology"
Dan Carroll writes:
"The supernatural can't be emprically detected, but still affects the results of science, thereby trumping science."
Mammathus writes:
"everything in nature is intelligently designed"
"anything that is either uncertain or that science has not proposed a hypothesis for must be supernatural"
This is just too easy...

Rei,
It's no surprise that you liked mine, we're coming from the same place. We obviously believe a lot of the same things. After all, you said:
"Just remember: there's no way anything could be incorrect in the millenia-old oral traditions and legends of a random nomadic desert shepherd tribe compiled and merged between conflicting versions by committee, with texts incorporated or excluded at times by voting, into the highly translated belief system that exists today. " (Fath & Belief: Help?: Message 13)
I just hope this doesn't open you to accusations of bias!

Here are two from Mark24, a creationist in disguise:
"a self replicating molecule ultimately could not have evolved into a cellular unit"
"living matter only comes from living matter"

I hafta say, that is slightly more faithful to the way he actually pronounces it... however, a better phoneticized spelling would be "youah".

I thought I fathomed the fath in my fathless 'till I seen my fathless was faithless. So now it's fathless if your faithless and faithless if you have fath! - what about faith?
Oh no, Zephyr- any more of this and you'll be pulling funny faces.
