There any money left in the older MtG cards?
Some day I should get off my butt and see. I still have thousands of cards from Antiquities though Ice Age, a couple thousand Jyhad cards, a couple thousand original L5 rings and some weird stuff like expansion packs for Planetscape and Star Trek.

Re: There any money left in the older MtG cards?
There is some money in the older M:TG cards (Alpha ed. Black Lotus NM condition fetches $1500.00-$1800.00), but I think it's a load of crap. I still play M:TG (hell, I still play D & D) but I rarely buy new cards. I have a Necro deck that has very few rares. It works well; you bring out a creature, I take it from you, beat you up with it, then kill it. Then, I reanimate it and do it again. Big fun. I used to play ST:TNG card game because I love the series, but then it got really weird. I played Cthulu, but wasn't as interesting as a game compared to the book. I have never played Vampire: The Eternal Struggle, or the Illumanati, but I heard from many that they were good. Wasn't there a werewolf game named Rage? We played M:TG with Rage rules on occasion; no healing of the creatures between rounds.

Rage was from the World's of Darkness Werewolves. White Wolf Studios created both them and the Vampire Games.

Anarchy On-line.
I was sent word that people can play the basic version of Anarchy Online for free. This isn't an ad. I am in no way affilated with the company or gain anything from referrals. If anyone is interested. Anarchy Online | Funcom

Well my flatmate has a fairly extensive collection... On the fun, not-serious side of things, anything Cheapass. Particularly Kill Dr Lucky (I didn't like the Save Dr. Lucky ones as much) and Cap'n Parks Imaginary Polar Expedition. There's also the Doom boardgame - a lot like SpaceHulk or Hero Quest. That's quite a lot of fun. And there's always Porta Rico, one of the best designed games ever. Have a look on BoardGame Geek
