It looks like some variation of the sugared water variety to me - but I could be wrong.

Re: Hiss and Moose
Great animals cats. Did I ever give my cat conversion testimoney??
I never liked cats myself - our family being of the dog-lover variety. Cats always appeared self-serving (don't we all) and too aloof for words. Anyway, I bought an ancient house and it had this poxy extension at the rear. A lean-to with a glass panel in the roof. One winters night I looked up and there, sunken through the snow that blanketed the glass was the underside of a.... a cat. Arse, rear paws, front paws. It took me while to figure out what it was. Then I realised: cats go for heat and on this winters nignt my single-glazed panel was the warmest place in town. "Aaaah poor thing". I tried feeding it but it was a ferel one and wouldn't come near. I chucked some food up on the roof over the next few weeks and left it at that.
Come spring it was time to demolish things and get renovating. On an exploratory trip to the shed down the back of the garden I noticed some eyes looking out at me through the old furniture piled up there. Then two...no three..no five sets of eyes. My ferel cat had had 4 kittens. Over the next weeks the kittens came out into the wilderness that was the back garden. They wouldn't come close to me - legging it as soon as I got within 20ft of them. Mom had even less to do with me.
Over the next weeks I learned to move slow and use food as an attraction. This way the kittens would come into the lean-to and I could play with them: holding a bit of string and letting them jump at it whilst remaining motionless: one move and they scattered! Mom approached to 20ft looking well worried. So I chucked her some food too.
Over the weeks I had no luck with the cat sanctuaries. "Feral? Nah - there too many cats around anyhows - you'll have to get them put down" 8 weeks in and the time had come. I starved them for a day (they had all come used to getting food from me), got out the wash basket, put some food in it and opened the lean-to door. 1,2,3,4 - the kittens piled in. I covered the basket with a towel and taped it up - with tears streaming. 8 weeks of them you understand. I'd borrowed a cat box from the vet and had starved mom for 3 days so she was caught relatively easily too via a long piece of string and a stick - I figured to neuter her so as not to have a repeat 2 months hence.
Off to the vet with the lot of 'em. Talk about upset. Towel off the basket and she reaches in to this maelstrom which only ever resulted in me being scratched to bits when I tried it. Grasping a struggling kitten she say "I thought you said these were feral - have you been interacting with them!?. I'll get homes for these no problems" My heart leapt.
I picked up mom-in-the-catbox after work that evening, arrived home and set it down at the open back door. I opened the flap and retired to the couch 15ft away so as not to panic her and her fresh stitches. Nothing. 5 minutes I waited and eventually she emerged. Wobbly one her legs and looking well groggy. She paced a pace or two towards the back door, looked around at me - as close as she had ever been to me. She paused, turned to look again - and walked gingerly over to the couch I was sitting on, hopped up onto it, came over to me, crawled into my lap...
...and fell asleep.
5 years later and she's sitting beside me right now.

Nice cats, Moose. I am inordinately fond of cats, if that is possible.
You'll do.
