I watched season 5 and I wish I could give it back.

What? and miss the mutiny? That has to be some of the most compelling tv I have seen in a long age. Wouldn't miss it for the world.

I agree that the spiritual element becoming overt was a mistake and unnecessary, but I went with it and still thoroughly enjoyed BSG right to the end. I think it helped that I watched it a few months late, so had already been spoiled on the religious turn that events took.
