New Riddle
You have three motors;
One motor has an MOT.
John's tyre is bald
Bill's only has two wheels on it
Steve's has no driver door
Bill's has no steering wheel
John's is missing seat belts
Steve's has no brake lights
Who owns the vehicle with the MOT?
(We'll assume all are honest responsible drivers, that would not drive without meeting the lawful requirements).
This is an easy one.

Re: New Riddle
Sorry, I illogically assumed that Americans called them MOTs. It's a vehicle test to make sure your vehicle is road-legal.

Massive Overall Test
In this state it is called an "Emission and Safety Inspection" Certification Sticker (and it needs to be renewed each year).
Would you believe some states don't?

Vanadium ain't an element. He's the smartest person 'cause he was able to say that, and if there had been a smarter person in the class, they would've caught him.

Maybe your lurking still. There's not to many creationists here, it would be nice to see some return.
