My son met him when he picked up a dead van the bike safety committee was donating. He tried to start it but failed.

And now we've lost Tom Menino too.

Oh, Moist and Adora Belle are great. Too bad Kirby never illustrated her.

I haven't been able to make it through "Raising Steam" and I thought "Snuff" was overly contrived and preachy.

Co-author of "M T A", the saga of the hapless Charlie's tribulations on the Boston subway . Which she expected to be quickly forgotten. When the T is converted to electronic fares, the cards were officially "Charlie cards".
