All right, Computer & Internet Access is up and running again. As it pertains to the furthering of this thread and its recent curve toward paleopedology & its sedimentation in a Short Geologic Scale, I have quite a few books which I have gone over. However, they are limited in their depth and information content due to its general analysis of various topics in the geosciences. I'm looking to very soon check out this book:
Amazon.com
--Quite pricy and I am already spending more than enough on texts for my geochem/solar cosmogony thesis, depending on whichever direction it seems favourable to evolve towards.
--Just an update. I look forward to this and many other topics, hopefully this specific one will not become a deja-vu of my attempted tackle with Meerts general dissertation for sea-floor topography and its mathematical application.

TC,
I don't think you're going to find support for a young earth global flood in that mighty tome!

"I don't think you're going to find support for a young earth global flood in that mighty tome!"
--Well its those 'mighty tome's' where you find the data. And I do not begin my initiatives with pre-conceived biases. Ie, I'm not going to flip the pages until I find what is in support of my notion. It is that information which I can use to find whether my notion is correct or not. If I find a confused or inconclusive compass, then I will have to continue searching. Either way, however, my mind will still be open to future gatherings of data & other such relevant information.
--And what a great source of information when you have access to such an increasingly expensive text-book! I get excited just from reading the ToC.
--You'd have to write 'authored by Kent Hovind, Ken Ham, or Dr. Morris' or something like that to gain the interest of the majority of the YECist Camp.
