Hi, Moose.
I didn't realize that other people weren't like this.
I don't think I'm capable of not doing this: there are always images and things going through my mind, and I can never focus on anything. Sometimes, I think I must be borderline autistic. The comic strip Calvin and Hobbes kind of captures it (except his mind's eye always turns things into something else, while mine just imagines something de novo).
I guess that's why I got into science fiction originally. If only I had the focus to finish a book, maybe I'd be famous.
