Re: FTL help, please (that means you cavediver )
It might be fun to imagine how such technology might transfer into colloquial speech.
For example,
"Let's stretch over to Planet Gaag!
or
"Engage the bubble-drive, Chief!"
As you can tell, I'm no sci-fi writer.

Travel faster than the speed of light
Hi Trixie. It’s been a long since you posted this message, but since I’m very new to the forum, I just read it and have a weird offer to the conundrum.
I suggest that the fastest thing in the entire universe is the human imagination. Example: one day I was meditating (no booze, drugs or hallucinogens - honest) and faster than light I travelled to the far reaches of the universe, entered a gaseous nebula populated by trillions and zillions of tiny specks. Each ’speck’ seemed to be an ’individual’ intelligent entity. You would not believe the sound I heard inside this cloud. Not loud, or discordant. Not music as we know it. The only words to describe it would be ”purposeful’. Maybe it was a massive collection of ”spiritual intellect’ on the verge of beginning a new planetary system.
Anyway, I didn’t stick around. A) because I was confused as hell, and B) I figured I’d better get back before I got lost in outer space.
And wham, I returned in one piece to my own true ”reality’ in a flash.
Any ideas?
