Some profound moderation might be cool.

Re: Goodbye
I hope for once you actually keep your word.
All the best for the future, but I am sorry that I cannot be a hypocrite and I certainly won't miss you.
You need to get some serious anger management, and work on your personality a lot as you are a very nasty person.
Finally, I'd like to thank you for reinforcing my view of literalists.
Brian.

Rhetorical padding?

Are you feeling some sort of pressure to be a hypocrite?

A common social convention is to bid people goodbye by saying one is sorry to see them go, regardless if this is the truth or not.
So yes, I would say that pressure to be a hypocrite is not uncommon if one has been taught "good manners".

Re: Rhetorical padding?
Ah, I see. I wasn't aware that this particular social convention applies to anonymous message boards. I hope that I will be forgiven if I refuse to say an insincere "good-bye" if he-who-I-may-not-insult decides to leave the forum.

See you later s.i.C. I've no doubt that the doctrine of 'salvation by faith alone' will be come to be seen by some as 'salvation by Faith in part' at some point in their lives..
God willing
Enjoy R&R in Him

Anger Management
Frankly, I don't think Faith has the wherewithal to moderate here: it would require an even-handedness and open-mindedness she cannot muster.
Still, it would've been fun.
So who is going to help me strengthen my anger management skills?
Oh, wait--I see randman is back. Well, he'll fill a canon as well as better...
O what adventures we shall have!

Add lack of scruples....
Faith has never requested to be made an Admin, in fact she has stated before that she wasn't interested in the job. However, Percy went ahead and gave her admin status (for reasons he appears reluctant to reveal), which she subsequently turned down and declared that she has left EvC (again). But that didn't stop her reading through the Private Admin Forum even though she had no intention of taking the job.
We can add low moral character to the list of Faith's faults. What a lovely person, ideal admin material.
Brian.

Re: Add lack of scruples....
Nothing to do with reading, everything to do with personal morals. But, we all know that Faith isnt big on morals.
