For all the problems of operating a "Boot Camp" topic, that forum was set up to be a middle ground between full membership and suspension.
Full membership for Buz clearly had some severe problems, both of his own making, and of the makings of others.
As part of the "Boot Camp" process, I think we need to significantly restrict the participation of the other members. Kind of like something between a "Great Debate" and a regular topic. Members that are found to be unsuitable to participate in the "Boot Camp" will be restricted OUT of that forum.
Of course, in the past the "Boot Camp" was judged to be a failed concept. I believe that most (but not all) of the "campers" were ultimately given perminent suspensions.
