You actually have 2 other ID's(JustinC and JustinCi), neither of which have ever posted. JustinCy could not adopt JustinC as an alias, since that name is already taken.
I will delete both JustinC and JustinCi. Then JustinC will be available for you to take on as an alias.

Brian Suspension - A special situation
File it under "For the admins to know now, and the general membership to be told about later".
No further comment now. I also think that you're not going to get any comment from any other admin.

Re: So whatever happened about GoodIntentions?
GoodIntentions and Lam are the same person, more or less arguing the opposing sides of the issue - A major forum guideline violation.
GoodIntentions was perminently suspended (or call it banned). This was intended to absolutely be a perminent suspension.
Lam had a lesser suspension coming, but it seemed pointless to suspend him when he wasn't around anyway. I planned on revealing the GoodIntentions/Lam relationship when Lam returned and to then give Lam a shorter suspension (maybe up to a week, I don't recall if any length was ever decided). Well, Lam never returned so nothing further ever happened.
By the way, this (Lam started, of all things) topic was intended for minor questions and not really for moderation issues discussion. The "General..." topic, link below, is the better place for moderation issues to go.
This topic has also been used for minor side comments not relevant to other topics.

Re: Brian Suspension - A special situation
Admin did his input on this at message 140.
Admin writes:
I guess I should say something, because the speculation doesn't seem fair to Brian.
Brian hasn't done anything wrong in the public forums. There's a private issue under discussion in the admin forum on which Brian has some very strong feelings, and sometimes moderation is necessary even in the admin forum. Brian shouldn't have posted about a private matter to a public thread. I hope Brian's permissions can be restored soon.
Rehashing what Admin said (with other info from this topic) - There was an AdminBrian problem in the "Private Administration Forum" (PAF). AdminBrian was suspended (this revealed by Brian upthread). Brian then more or less brought the issue to a public forum (this topic). Brian was suspended.
This all is an evo-side admin(s) vs. evo-side admin(s) issue. Nothing like this has ever happened before. Like I said in the subtitle - "A special situation".
You have PAF access as AdminSchraf. Perhaps you would like to pursue this matter futher there.
