You are an idiot. Hi, remember the forum guidelines? You know, those guidelines you agreed to follow when you registered:

they don't
"and the earth openned up" there are a number of scenarios of where the waters came from, some like the "salt dome" and the "hollow earth" are quite humerous. we are limited in our ability to understand by our ability to understand RebelAAmerican.Zen[Deist

I'm sorry. From now on, instead of blatantly showing my opinions, I will sarcastically harass people indirectly, as seen all around this site. People who say sarcastic stuff like "oh you're not a TRUE christian, you lied!" are doing the same thing that I am. Why don't they get a stern talkin' to? Hmmm...

The difference between you and them is that they deliver arguments of substance in addition to sarcastic gibes.
Anytime you're ready to make an argument and support it with evidence we're waiting. That is, after all, what people do here.

? wtf? I am just saying that I don't see how there is any difference between me blatantly calling someone an "idiot" and others blatantly disrespecting someone's religion.

touchy touchy

Naw man when did I say salt dome? Hollow earth? Nope. I am mainly talking about the part of genesis that talks about the fountains of the great deep. So far, the only creationist who has really touched on this in depth is Walt Brown. I don't see how his theory is "humorous" but correct me if I'm wrong. Hollow earth???? haha you crack me up!

I suggest you reread the posts then.
The original question washttp://EvC Forum: Re-enactments of the Noah's Ark voyage? ... all the water for a global flood came from rain. Show me. Go on. You calculated it, might as well show me where it came from... to which I repliedhttp://EvC Forum: Re-enactments of the Noah's Ark voyage? they don't "and the earth openned up" ie - it didn't all come from rain. and the "salt dome" and "hollow earth" are scenarios that have been proposed by several creationists to explain where the water came from. Glad you think they are humorous ... as well. Walt Brown has some problems too, but enough for now. enjoy. we are limited in our ability to understand by our ability to understand RebelAAmerican.Zen[Deist

True, but nobody can deny that evolution has problems. If anyone says that evolution theory has no problems is really, really, and idiot. Anyone who says that creation theory doesn't have any problems is also an idiot. I also think that Walt's theory could use some work, but it is pretty good, you must admit.

I suggest you reread the posts then. Yea sorry I thought you were directing a large amount of sarcasm towards me in order to destroy me! Didn't like that and so I put up the defenses. I got you now.

True, but nobody can deny that evolution has problems. If anyone says that evolution theory has no problems is really, really, and idiot. Well, sounds like you have a couple of choices here. You can call me (among others) an idiot, or you can open a thread where you reveal the amazing problems of evolutionary theory to illuminate our mind-boggling ignorance. As an aside, are you planning to use solely the discussion tactic of "argument by insult"? Not that I care particularly. After all, we have a creationist poster here that specializes in "argument by ridicule". Of course, that basically means that s/he isn't worth the time to respond to. Entirely up to you. Welcome to EvCforum.

Eight hundred degree (F) water emerging from a crack in the earth fast enough to launch much of the asteroid belt a few thousand years ago, but cool enough not to boil Noah, is pretty humorous stuff. Most of the rest of Walt's online book is comparable, if not quite so bizarre. Center for Scientific Creation – In the Beginning: Compelling Evidence for Creation and the FloodPick a chapter. It will be shredded, right on this thread. And welcome to EvC! [This message has been edited by Coragyps, 03-24-2004]

Sorry,I don't have to. I don't even have to know it. (there are many things I don't have to know). Let him build an ark according to his design and fill it and staff it and run it for the prescribed amount of time ... then he may have something to say? Until then it is hypothesis. we are limited in our ability to understand by our ability to understand RebelAAmerican.Zen[Deist

And until you prove that something could change from one species to another, even through hyper-simulating the mutations...
Until then it is hypothesis.
