Concerns for Percy

Do you admin's actually read your mail? How often? I have already sent two e-mails requesting that my posting privileges be restored and have received no reply, not even the expected "forgeddaboddit" from the admin with the congestion.Perhaps I should have put this in the http://EvC Forum: Professionalism or Prejudice? forum but I felt it best to place it where it may actually get noticed, assuming the admins are actually on the ball at EVC.

Note: E-mails addressed to the address are seen only by Admin/Percy, and not by any of the other admins, including myself.For the record - It was AdminNosy that took the action (on or about 6/29/04) to restrict DarkStars posting priviledges (see message 1 at the topic DS supplied the link for). DS had been restricted to just the "Free For All" and "Suggestions and Questions" forums, and could not start new topics.I have now restored your posting priviledges to all forums, however, you are still not allowed to start new topics.We shall see how you do. Somehow in the processing of restoring you posting priviledges, the permission to start new topics was also restored. I did not make this connection when your new proposed topic (DarkStar's Collection of Quotations - Number 1) showed up. BTW, I just moved that topic to the "Is It Science?" forum.Anyhow, you now have absolutely full posting priviledges.Try to put out quality messages. Out of that 8 months, you were absent for 3 of them. This means you started an average of 5 topics a month.In the same 8 month period of time, Sidelined started 21 threads, many of which were light threads, interesting observations or questions that were answered in the course of the thread. Some were follow-ups on topics that were about to be closed or were becoming seriously off-topic. He was here the entire 8 month period, meaning his topic start average was 2.6 topics a month2)
