Eating members of same genus

I'd have to say, eating others in your genus would only be "genuside"
Maybe "Congenerophagy"?
This is another example of where I question what the researcher actually said versus what the reporter editorialized. Some of the quotes from Rozzi are, well, awfully conclusive given meager evidence. Even if demonstrated the meat was removed you cannot say that it was eaten (could have been a revered friend whose skull was cleaned for a ritual). And if 'genuside' (lol) is strongly inferred all it says it that it happened at that place at that time, nothing about social relationships between the species. I will ILL the article and see what the 'official' take on it was.

Doctor Bashir: "Of all the stories you told me, which were true and which weren't?"
Elim Garak: "My dear Doctor, they're all true"
Doctor Bashir: "Even the lies?"
Elim Garak: "Especially the lies"
