Sure there is Rabair, things which are untrue and just plain false are not as true as true things, saying 'Canad is in the Northern hemisphere' is truer than saying 'Canada is an island just south of Hawaii'. Or are you adopting a Syamsu like postmodernist relativist approach where suggesting that everything is equally valid and nothing is comparable to anything else and that if you try and compare them you are a Nazi?

Not insane as such, no.
I'm glad to see you don't let your ignorance deter you from voicing your stupidity, these boards would be so much duller if people thought before they posted. Having got the apparently obligatory personal abuse out of the way.
As has been pointed out, Syamsu is another poster on these forums. The fact that you don't understand what I am saying does not make what I said stupid, it just shows your lack of comprehension.
I'm not claiming there is a spectrum of varying degrees of truth. I'm quite happy to stipulate that things are either true or false. All I am saying is that something which is False is less true, 100% less true in fact, than something which is True.
If you want a one on one dialogue with someone why don't you start one in the Great Debate forum.

Re: How?
I think your apology was cetainly as gracious as one is likely to get on these confrontational sorts of forums, and I will in turn apologise for the snotty turn of the first paragraph of my reply to it.
I am not sure where you think I was calling people names in my initial post however, unless 'post-modern' and 'relativist' are terms of abuse in your opinion, and I can certainly understand why they might be.
