Everyone - Be nice now!
Let's not turn this topic into a snipe-fest.
Please, messages of quality and substance, or don't post.

How about someone trying to truly get on-topic?
The recent message content connection to the topic theme seems to range from slight to nonexistent.
People, note all the big red text just upthread. Not a good thing. And that is not to say the non-hidden messages were wonderful.
I did a search in messages for any variation of the term "fossil". I found it to be very scarce since about half way back in the topic. A prize to Bluejay for using the term in message 105. The previous mention was in message 83, and the previous to that was in message 53.

Edited by Adminnemooseus, : More on the search for the elusive "fossil".

It really helps moderators figure out if a topic is disintegrating because of general misbehavior versus someone in particular if the originally non-misbehaving members kept it that way. When everyone is prickly and argumentative and off-topic and personal then it's just too difficult to tell. We have neither infinite time to untie the Gordian knot, nor the wisdom of Solomon.
There used to be a comedian who presented his ideas for a better world, and one of them was to arm everyone on the highway with little rubber dart guns. Every time you see a driver doing something stupid, you fire a little dart at his car. When a state trooper sees someone driving down the highway with a bunch of darts all over his car he pulls him over for being an idiot.
Please make it easy to tell you apart from the idiots. Message 150

Summary time - So, how about finding the on-topic highlight of this topic?
Summary message time. What message and message content was not most significant contribution to this topic?
BTW, Dr. A - Please strive to keep the quality of your participation at evcforum.net on a reasonably high plain. You've succeeded in becoming the evo side poster boy for doing undesirably abrasive and/or trite messages. Keep annoying the Adminnemooseus and your next suspension is probably going to be a week.
No replies to this message, unless they have some sort of true on-topic purpose.
