What the...
How far will you allow yourselves of sexual perversities?
What?!
Who defines what is "perverse?"
Without going into "lurid details:"
So far as I can rationally determine, any act (sexual or otherwise) that doesn't hurt anyone else and is performed with full consent (meaning no children or animals, since they cannot consent) is just fine. Homosexual sex, anal sex, sane BDSM, bizarre positions, "furries," it doesn't matter how unusual, gross, or discomforting an act is to any particular person or group of people. If it's not hurting anyone and everyone involved is consenting, nobody else ethically has the right to stop them.
Of course, that doesn't mean that I'm personally turned on by all of those things. But, you know - rule 34. I've seen videos of Japanese girls vomiting on each others naked bodies. Didn't do anything more than amuse me, but I can't really call someone an "wicked pervert" if they get a stiffy from some vomit.

Re: What the...
Dude, I recently found out what this actually was.
I have a friend who does a joke about going to comic con and seeing "furries," he then went on to explain what it was. I couldn't stop laughing. I think his punchline was something like "If you wanna dress up like an animal and have sex, then I should be allowed to masterbate...and shoot you..." in context it was funny.
Rule 34 causes humor everywhere. Just look at your desk, and pick an object at random. It is nearly certain that someone, somewhere, finds that object arousing and wants to use it in a sexual way. Think of an action, any action,no matter how bizarre or boring or disgusting. It is nearly certain that someone, somewhere, gets really turned on by exactly that.
I know and have spoken to people who get all wound up over nosebleeds, dressing up like cartoon characters, and dozens of other crazy or odd things.
It is impossible to overestimate Rule 34.

so if a male dog actively participates in a sexual act with a female human, the dog is not consenting?
What Mr. Jack said. The ability to go along with an act, even to express desire to perform an act, does not imply the mental capacity to provide consent.
When I was a teenager, being male, I would have leapt at the chance to have sex with an adult female. My desire, the fact that I could even have initiated the act, my ability to day "let's do this," all have absolutely nothing to do with whether or not I would have been able to provide consent.
That's why we have laws about sex with kids, whether it's "consensual" or not - kids are not mentally and emotionally able to give informed consent - to say nothing of the authority that adults carry with respect to children
For yet another example, if I as a sober male have sex with a drunk-as-a-skunk female at a party, I can be charged with rape even if she initiated the act. She was inebriated to the point of being unable to give informed consent - if she has day-after regrets, I'm screwed.
Animals are the same way. They have no way of giving informed consent, even if the animal in question actually tries to initiate the act.
