On the other forum that I post on, there's a custom of making your avatars look spooky and sinister for Halloween.
It's quite hard to make my avatar look spooky, but here it is dripping with blood.
Does anyone else want to have a go?

This is a real hack job but I'm no great shakes with image files.
Hope it looks ok...

I'm gonna show my support for RAZD, as he is today (26th) going into Chemo again, with his pic for awhile. then maybe on 31 Oct see about making my usual icon a bit more spooky.

Here's mine then
While he's kinda creepy and evil already, behold Nathan Explosion in a creepy forest with Creepy Lightning:

I hunt for the truth
I am the one Orgasmatron, the outstretched grasping hand
My image is of agony, my servants rape the land
Obsequious and arrogant, clandestine and vain
Two thousand years of misery, of torture in my name
Hypocrisy made paramount, paranoia the law
My name is called religion, sadistic, sacred whore.
-Lyrics by Lemmy Kilmister of Motorhead

Moose for Halloween
Fresh from Pharyngula:
{Image deleted - See above link for what had been there (big honkin' moose)}
Per the above cited, that is a one lane automobile road.
Moose
ps: at a later date the above photo will most likely be a cat.
Edited by Minnemooseus, : Deleted image as the avatar file was changed.

Re: Moose for Halloween
Why does it look like that moose is waiting to ambush a car ...
ps: at a later date the above photo will most likely be a cat.
With antlers?

Ghost of a dead guy...
Mine's a ghost!
Seriously... you have to click on it to see the Halloween version. I think. At least, I have to in my browser. Not sure why it does that.
I edited it using the masterful Paint.
Maybe it's a silly IE thing, or a JPG thing... not sure why it only shows up if I click on the avatar to see the bigger image.
It's Halloweenerific!!
EDIT: Oh, wait, it's working fine now... probably just a silly IE thing.
Edited by Stile, : IE is the best browser ever. If you don't think so, then you're just not using the internet right. Likely, you're not using a "microsoft filter" to correctly view the internet.
