I think he means
Victor J. Stenger. As can be seen in the wiki article, he is no longer a scientist (he quit in the '90's, the book Marc mentions is form 2007), and focusses more on philosophy and religious skepticism now.
In other words, 3 of his 4 "prominent scientists" aren't scientists, or when they are, certainly not promiment.
