I swear, you can't make this stuff up. Only in reality do we see this kind of thing happen.
She was apparently clueless throughout the debate that the audience of law students were laughing at her not with her. She honest to god thought they were laughing with her.

Conservatives (so-called constitutionalists) are rallying to defend O'donnell on this using the bullshit argument that the first amendment doesn't apply to state level. The level of ignorance among the conservatives are astounding in my opinion. Apparently, they've never heard of the 14th amendment and selective incorporation. If you don't know what I'm talking about, specifically google cantwell v. connecticut and read the subsequent links.
Sure, I laughed at the video a bit. But after reading some conservative articles defending O'donnell, my blood pressure just went up several psi.
