Creationists are not even wrong
I agree with every one of your bullet points except the last, but I take a different view of our Creationist friends.
Fundamentally, Science works on the basis of a belief so simple that it seems absurd to challenge it: you can find out how the world works by investigating it. I, and I believe most Evos, think that the best way to find out any truth about the real world is to study the world, and I'm interested in finding out the truth.
Creationists don't believe this, and aren't interested in finding out the truth. Sure, they'll say they're interested in truth, and they probably are but they believe they've already got it. The error in creationism isn't ignorance or stupidity; it's starting from a place that's fundamentally incapable of taking you to anywhere sensible.
