Does this mean I cannot respond to the topic I was posting on or I get suspended for twenty four hours?

another admin pointed me to that topic, I thought it was ok to post.

How does one learn if they cannot ask questions?

Questions are not part of a debate?

thank you

You were basically asking for more. Yes, this is common and accepted. That isn't free licence to go nuts - but the words themselves are rarely grounds for action.

OH cussing is allowed?

Yes, but some people cry about it......

WOW, thanks for the answers to my questions, cussing is allowed but questions are not, wondering which adds or distracts more from healthy debate?

I am going to have to learn how to debate, this may be a good experience,
