Time traveler caught on film in 1920?

So the nut fringe has moved onto time travel? When I was a youngster, the claim would have been that this "woman" was from another planet, sent to earth to examine the natives.But I guess as time goes on and the nuts get ever nuttier, even more implausible "hypotheses" have to be invented in order to stay competitive.
