Oh that's my fantasy. Since the first time I remember seeing those signs I had it in my head that some bi-plane would occasionally come by and do strafing runs.
Number 12 is especially true. My brother is one of those that has to have the latest in everything. He could have probably open up his own video rental store with his dvd collection. When HDDVD came out, he sold all his dvds and spent god knows how much to buy HDDVDs. When bluray came out victorious, he somehow managed to sell his HDDVD collection and started over with blurays. There's a joke in the family. Basically, we can't wait to see what's next so he could waste more money to restart his collection.
Incidently, he's also got the latest, most bad-ass computers. As for me, a dual core is good enough for now.
Industry wisdom is that Blue-Ray will be the last format to 'own' as a hardcopy with streaming systems the next and final generations.
Sorry forgot the smiley. I’m also willing to bet they’ll ‘pump’ it at a few screens so they can claim a higher than normal per-screen viewing. Much like Expelled.
On the one hand i really hope this is satire, on the other i know some nut jobs believe whats in the video.
Who can tell. The account says that the videos were originally by someone else with this handle but who left. The current account also claims it is being ran by a Christian who believes Evolution to be wrong.
I presume it was originally a satire (though it appears that the original AmazingBeliver was a fundy). My assumption is that Discovery Institute didn’t make the video.
Seems to me that chart may indicate that after a certain saturation of cell-phones, cell-phones themselves then reduce cancer rates. Plotting the chart out into the future we can expect all to be eliminated in several decades.
