Why not do those things for state laws about ID? Why the double standard? Why must ID be met with shouts of conspiracy theories, and hauled into federal court?
Because it is not science and is religion based.
As for abiogenesis, that is taught as a hypothesis, not dogma.

no evolution is neutral, it occurs whether or not it is guided by a supernatural being or is natural. Since supernatural is beyond the capabilities of science, it therefore is taught as natural which is the result of either purely natural or supernatural, since this is a natural world.
