some people think a comet'll make the world blow up & burn,
some say nuclear winter, some predict a Super Germ,
some believe in The Rapture, some in cryogenic nappin'...
but they've all got it all wrong, 'cause none of that stuff's gonna happen.
each one's usin' it as an excuse to keep their hands on their lap &
if you're waitin' for The End Times ... they're not gonna happen.
