I'm having a hard time trying to follow your logic; that's if you even tried to make an argument. It seems like a bunch of disconnected thoughts to me. So, if there is no liberal bias in the media , then I'm sure you would agree that there is no conservative bias in the media as well?
You are the one that seems confused.
I'm going to use math for an example.
0 is neither a negative nor a positive number.
-1 is a negative number
+1 is a positive number
Imagine a scale from -10 to +10.
On this scale, a -10 represents the Conservative ideal world. A +10 represents the Liberal ideal world.
I pick negative for Conservatives because they consistently oppose forward movement in anything, desiring to revert America back to the imaginary world they think existed in the 1950s.
So, from the Conservative perspective, if the media scores a "0", they would be without any bias whatsoever.
The problem is that the PUBLIC and REALITY are at about a "3" on the scale.
In fact, news organizations would have to institute a Conservative bias just to get to "neutral" between what the Conservatives want and what the Liberals want.
This is because the Conservatives are OUT OF TOUCH.
So, from your perspective, there is a bias because news organizations report facts and facts are unfavorable to your positions.
The exception is Fox News, which doesn't report facts, it reports opinions which have been handed to them by Conservative political figures.
You can LITERALLY see them reading the Conservative Talking points as if it were news.
It's not "unfair" that the media doesn't lie in order to make things nicer for your opinion. Your opinion is wrong because it's based on a fantasy.
45% of Conservatives believe they are in the top 10% of earners in the country. Think about that.
