Tonight, Michele Bachmann became the first presidential candidate to sign a pledge created by THE FAMiLY LEADER, an influential social-conservative group in Iowa. By signing the pledge Bachmann vows to uphold the institution of marriage as only between one man and one woman by committing herself to 14 specifics steps. The ninth step calls for the banning of all forms of pornography. The pledge also states that homosexuality is both a choice and a health risk.

How is it that I continue to be surprised? I shouldn't be surprised. Crazy people will say and do crazy things, and it's well established that people who harp most about the Constitution are frequently the people who want to tear its protections to shreds the most.
It wouldn't surprise me to hear a moron like her say anything. Hell one of the steps could be making all sex illegal except between married couples trying to conceive...must be done after dark..with the lights out...under the covers in bed at home only...missionary position...no sound to be made...eyes closed... movement should be kept to a minimum...anything lasting longer than 2 minutes will be deemed obscene and the full weight of the chur...err uh law will fall upon you..
