He is in The Administrative Maximum (ADX) facility in Florence, Colorado, houses offenders requiring the tightest controls.

Still in administrative segregation, probably for his own protection, if it was because he couldn't follow the rules he would be in disciplinary segregation where he wouldn't have the same privileges of A-Seg.
It kills me to think how much money is being spent to keep him in A-Seg as compared to general population for 10 years, makes me want to send him a bunch of Atheist or Hindu, Islam...ect literature to him. Maybe someone could get Dennis Markuse to write him, anything to drive him crazy, or crazier.

Re: Gish Gallop & Confinement
Hi Panda,
I don't think Buzz knows that Kent has other cases pending, not sure what though. I was wondering why they had him in administrative segregation and now believe I know why now. I think it is common practice to do that to prisoners with cases pending, I could be wrong. It may also explain why he hasn't got out yet, not the fact he is a creationist, prison is full of all different flavors of religion, not many atheist though.

I thought this blog of his is rather amusing, he whines alot about how bad it is. IMO he needs to be in one of those tent camp jails like they have in Arizona or Texas maybe, out in the heat and cold and all the wonderful things nature provides us.

TRANSFER
Hey all! What a time this has been! I’m in Tallahassee for two weeks until they fly me to Oklahoma for an un-designated amount of time in that human — transfer center. Then, not to Pekin, Illinois, but to Florence, Colorado! The excuse given for my move was that the Jesup camp was overcrowded. Ironically, I met five men today who are on their way to the very same camp in Jesup that they just moved me out of! All five of us they moved from Jesup have cases pending in the courts. Could that be the reason behind the move?
This transfer center in Tallahassee is nice. There is a large, open room with lots to do from 6am — 10pm. At night, we are locked in quiet two-man cells. After nine months living where I was in the dorm only five feet from the microwaves and sink and doors, the quiet was strange! I loved it! The coveralls they give everyone in the transfer centers are not comfortable at all and I lived in them for four and a half months at the county jail and for fifty days while in transit last time. My first day here, I was put in a room with a very nice guy who works in laundry. He gave me shorts, extra oranges to eat (I LOVE oranges!), a real pillow! and other odd stuff I needed. God is good! Pretty good library and food here, too!
My first night here, they had a Bible study with about seven guys. I attended and everyone introduced themselves. The group leader asked if I would lead the study last night! I cried. They told me both in Edgefield and in Jesup that I was not to lead any Bible studies even if it was only with one other person! I’ve been taking in for months with no outlet. I felt like the Dead Sea! What a blessed release to share my faith and teach the Word of God again!
The counselor in Jesup had told me my first week there that if he wanted to, he could send me where I would never see my family! (Some people need a job mowing grass not dealing with people.) All the inmates including me avoided him but I must have gotten on his radar somehow. Hmmmm? I feel certain it is a Genesis 50:20 thing. We’ll see the Romans 8:28 of this one day. I just reread the words to the song Farther Along. Wow! Perfect fit for my case! I continue to file motions with both the 11th Circuit court and the District court.

Re: Gish Gallop & Confinement
I couldn't find any more pending charges so he must have been speaking of his motion filed last year.
The blog is first time I have read any of his correspondence, he is a piece of work. The wiki page on him was interesting also being that I wasn't that familiar with his case. Some of the arguments he use in court were pretty far out. I don't know if you could plead insanity in a tax evasion case but if you could then his lawyer probably could've made a strong case based on the wacko claims of his client.
North Carolina done away with parole around 1990 or so, I wasn't aware the Feds didn't have one either.
I bet he wishes he had paid his taxes now, though he would never say so I'm guessing. He would've still been wealthy... and free.

Re: Coyote's (abe: Creation Science) Evasion
Hi Coyote,
This might not be exactly a question for an archeologist? If one of the "chariot wheels" was to be recovered would there be anything of the wheel left inside the coral that Moller claims to have grown on said wheels? If so it seems you could use that do date the wheel based on how fast coral grows? This might be better answered by a marine biologist?
Lot of ifs, too many IMO. I remember watching part of a show on History ch or somewhere about Mollers theory and didn't think too much of it, I wasn't convinced, but it seems pseudoscience makes for good TV. Sadly this shows how gullible many people really are.
Without being able to examine any said artifacts then no matter the claims, that's all they will ever be.

Re: Coyote's (abe: Creation Science) Evasion
I agree, hence my comment on pseudoscience making good TV.
It just seems to me it would be fairly easy to prove or disprove his claims. Based on my limited knowledge of what happens to wood in a marine environment, it would never allow coral growth to form in the shapes he shows, wood would be the first thing to go. I am not sure how long iron would last or what evidence of it if any would be left inside the coral formations.
AbE... Thanks Coyote.

If wood goes first, why is there wood in the Black Sea alledly pre-dating the Exodus
Buzz, the answer to your question lies in your own links about Ballard.
quote:
Though the structure does not lie within the Black Sea’s anoxic dead zone, the site is well preserved due to its proximity to those deep, oxygen-free waters. Such proximity might have prevented wood-consuming organisms from devouring the site as they would likely have done in shallower waters.

Seems you have answered yourself, thanks.

Re: Coyote's (abe: Creation Science) Evasion
The coral likely formed before the wood rotted or possibly even preserved the wood from rot to some degree.
Likely??Possibly?? Want to add an "If" in there somewhere? Science demands proof, not a bunch of unsupported maybes and ifs. If you can find me something to support your claims about how coral would form on a wooden structure and take the shape of that structure even possibly preserving some of it, then by all means point it out to me, I am always open to learning by being proven wrong. It shouldn't be too hard considering all the ship wrecks that have occurred on or near coral reefs.
