The prophets warned for others to warn and apprise the sheeple, so as to not have their blood on their hands because they failed to warn the sheeple.
That's good of them.
You know, your use of a derogatory term ("sheeple") says something about you and your regard for the men and women you refer to. It's pretty obvious you think less of them than of folks who aren't "sheeple". That being so, I actually have to hand it to the prophets: the reason they give for "warning and apprising" these lesser beings is to "not have their blood on their hands", as opposed to simple decency for fellow human beings. The prophets must have known about the contempt that you and those like you would feel for these "sheeple".
