Example: I personally had (in the past) a bad temper, mainly due to bad circumstance after bad circumstance. I would get pissed off and punch a hole in a wall or break something. Did it help? No
Me to.
On revenge....
I have went through with taking revenge several times in my life (more than I care to admit to). It has never left me feeling good or satisfied in any way. The thought of getting satisfaction has always been better than getting it. Once the deed has been done I regret lowering myself to that level, and I fear the repercussions of my actions.
