I don't know that Darwin himself can get out from the thumbnail polish so easily.
The problem IS that Hitler combined "vital urge" and "struggle to live" across the Earth which is not the way that Darwin covered the same ground. But I do see, think and feel that Science itself has not really gotten to decide fully for Darwin's specific view. I reason that Croizat had a better take on it. Darwin did allow other checks than the specific struggle but Hitler did not witness the "correlatio of organization" statistically. His own actions created the vital stats.
AND Hitler combined BACK to the first cause, whatever that might be speculated to be for Darwin, without noticing that seperate creation was argued agasint (IN THE LOCAL REGION that AHitler had as "area")) or rather Hitler had to have assumed that vital whatevers were "isolationistic" per life and deaths. That seems a bit more petacostal for my own view even if I thought I had apphrenended something of the relevant theology.
There is an intellectual link between Nazism and Darwinsm but BECAUSE as I said, I do not find science having decided specifically to or absolutely exactly in Darwin's sense (differening interpretations of this sense are what we have at present) this is only an "academic" exercise and not something that is in practice.
I do not find this link to be what is wrong with Evolution from the creationist prespecitve. Rather the probelm exists in some guise in the videos from Don Exodus (in another thread) where he simply relates "evolution" to 'descent' without even making the distinction Hitler did between 'vital urge' and 'struggle to live'.
